Currently living in Toronto, I am using my love for art, coding, design, and enjoyment working in the tech industry, to design and build amazing products.

On my off time, I am a music enthusiast, book lover, & self proclaimed chef, writer, and artist. I also love to travel and am entirely too obsessed with doggos!

Senior Designer

August 2024 - Present

Multiplayer (Embedded at Amazon)

  • Designed the “Add to Delivery” feature on the Amazon App to increase notification CTR from 3.3% to 5.2% with a 24.4% conversion rate resulting in 3M orders in first week & $19.7M revenue in first 2 week period

  • Updated every flow & screen for the Amazon Flex App (used by every delivery driver worldwide) & redesigned & rebuilt it’s Design System (both for iOS & Android in light & dark mode) used by 25+ designers.

  • Designed constraint framework & dashboard for fulfillment centre managers to track and mitigate all warehouse risks

  • Use Claude to quickly ideate & test designs, Figma Make to validate & prototype designs, and Cursor & ChatGPT to create workflows & Figma plugins to work more efficiently.

  • Re-built the Staples Design System performing UX audits, competitive analyses, and component / page assessments while designing, completing documentation & guidelines for, and working with devs to build all fundamentals, components, elements, and templates

  • Re-designed & worked with dev team to re-build all homepage banners creating documentation and guidelines for all internal and external stakeholders and vendor partners 

  • Responsible for wire framing & designing various product specific landing pages utilizing Staples’ Design System in Figma, and UI/UX best practices while maintaining brand integrity

  • Updated banner design process & templates to from Adobe Photoshop to Figma using auto layout, components, and variants to be more efficient and have cross team collaboration & provided training to internal team members and agency partners

  • Designed and updated digital banners for all 3 of Staples properties (including English & French) to stakeholder specs including unique skus & promotions on a weekly basis

  • Researched, confirmed, and managed acquisition of all event assets including venues, AV, IT, Transportation, Print, Swag, Video, and Photography

  • Developed project plans and managed all aspects of events including online presence, email campaigns, social media campaigns, graphic design, collateral & swag creation / production, content creation, schedules, and on-site logistics, displays, demos, partner activations, registration , and food & beverage

  • Managed 10 to 50 event support staff including event coordinators, brand ambassadors, speakers, partners, vendors, and volunteers, hiring and training as needed

  • Owned client relationships and managed stakeholders & internal teams and provided strategic advice and recommendations to execute successful events within budgets, timelines, and scope to the highest standards
